Please bring your grip socks, water bottle and your excitement with. That’s all.

To ensure a smooth start to your class, we kindly ask you to arrive 5 mins earlier. Proper workout attire is required, and we recommend wearing grip socks during our classes. We kindly request that you refrain from wearing heavy perfume during our classes as it can be disruptive to others. No chewing gum, clothes with zippers or loose jewelry during any classes. Thank you for understanding.

Private and Duet sessions
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy that applies to all Private and Duet sessions. A late cancellation or no show will result in loss of class.

Expiration dates
The expiration dates for the packages and single sessions vary, please see description on our website or app under the Classes + Pricing. The validity of the purchased class or package starts on the first day of visit.

Classes and packages are non transferable, non refundable.

All our sessions and packages start on the day of purchase.

Private & Duet Class (1): 1 month

Private & Duet Class (5): 3 months

Private & Duet Class (10): 6 months 

By participating in any Activities with Form First Pilates, you affirm that you have sought medical advice regarding your fitness or are certain of your ability to engage in the Activities. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions (e.g. asthma, diabetes, heart disease), physical injuries, weakness, are pregnant, post-natal or post-surgery, you should consult with your doctor first before engaging in the Activities. If you are pregnant, let us know before participating in any Activities. Please communicate and inform us IMMEDIATELY if at any point you do not feel well during the Activities.
